Refund policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. Haldenstore.com, LTD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Haldenstore.com, LTD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Haldenstore.com, LTD is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges on all full price merchandise for UK orders. Your return will be honoured if return is filed within 30 days of delivery date. Items being returned must have tags attached and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
All sale/slashed price items, international orders and personalisation items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
To request a return authorisation, visit our hello@haldenstore.com and they will guide you through the steps. Once you submit your request, and we will review it within 48 business hours.
Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange, we offer free exchanges on all UK domestic orders. If you have any questions or concerns, contact customer service.
If you elect to use your own shipping service, we just require that you send the tracking number, order number, reason for return to hello@haldenstore.com. Haldenstore.com, LTD will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer using another shipping service. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Haldenstore.com, LTD and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received.
Returns can take up to one week after delivery for our warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Haldenstore.com, LTD cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
